Challenge:
Trigyn's government client had an existing program intended to address the issue of under nutrition in pregnant and nursing mothers, and children under the age of six. Trigyn was challenged to develop a solution that could digitalize the operations and management of the program and provide data analytics capabilities.

Solution:
Trigyn developed a mobile app to screen individuals for signs of under nutrition. The app interfaced with various government programs and systems to direct support services toward individuals needing help. The solution included extensive data analytics capabilities to support data-driven policy and program-design decision-making.

Result:
More than 100 million people were registered for screening through the app to date including more than 70 million children undergoing monthly screening for under nutrition. The program, of which Trigyn's solution is a key part, has been credited with significantly improving the nutrition status of expectant and new mothers, and young children.

Challenge:
A major issue which complicates the recovery of former warzones is the disposal of landmines. Clearing landmines not only supports the safety and wellbeing of citizens in impacted countries, it allows land to be returned to a productive purpose that can contribute to the livelihoods of area residents. Trigyn was challenged by an NGO client to develop a platform to coordinate and manage landmine clearing projects around the world.

Solution:
Trigyn designed and developed a solution to manage landmine clearing programs from the proposal stage through to approval and tracking progress and funding disbursement.

Result:
The solution today is used by the client to coordinate programs in 21 countries across South America, Africa, and Asia, representing an aggregate population of more than 600 million people.

Challenge:
The COVID-19 pandemic challenged countries around the world to vaccinate their citizens in an orderly manner. Trigyn was tasked with developing a technology platform to organize and manage vaccination programs for jurisdictions representing almost 1.4 billion citizens.

Solution:
Despite the operational challenge posed by the pandemic, Trigyn’s team designed and developed a cloud-based solution capable of managing all aspects of large-scale population vaccination programs. The Trigyn solution included features to manage supply chain, appointment booking, and vaccination clinic logistics, through to documentation vaccination including a vaccine passport system.

Result:
Trigyn’s vaccination management solution has been used to manage and document the administration of more than 2.39 billion doses of vaccine to date protecting the health of more than 1 billion people worldwide.
