New York, NY. Trigyn Technologies Inc., with its expertise in the ECM space, redesigned and developed a complete robust web-based Case Management system which will be used across the Office of Staff Legal Assistance’s five locations.

Trigyn built this system on SharePoint 2013 technology, which overcame the shortcoming of the current MS Access system. It will allow the legal officers/administrator to leverage various reports for the summary information of cases using various filters and access details pertaining to a specific case as well as have the scalability to add additional features.

This system will also provide a comprehensive dashboard to provide real time case data analytics like total number of cases processed, number of open cases across the locations and across the resolution forum. The team also built a workflow engine to enables the users to automate the intake process.

These services are provided by Trigyn’s Development Center in Mumbai, India which has been in operation for the past 30 years and is CMMI Level 3, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2008 certified.
