New York, New York: The contract of our wholly owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc., with the United Nations for the provision of IT Staffing Support Services for Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) is now extended and will expire on 31 December 2023.
Further the Not-To-Exceed Amount (NTE) to be made by the United Nations under this Contract is revised to US$ 259,784,497.84.
All the other terms and conditions of the contract remains unchanged.
