Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations
• Create user personas to guide design decisions and ensure user-centered design
• Determine information architecture to organize and structure content in a logical and intuitive manner
• Create user flows and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts
• Develop prototypes to test and refine design concepts
• Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Expertise in leveraging multiple component libraries such as PrimeNG
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and how they impact UX design
