Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Trainer. This resource will be working in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Description:
• Designing and developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
• Delivering interactive and engaging training sessions.
• Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs.
• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for various departments.
• Facilitating group discussions, activities, and practical exercises.
• Providing training report with key findings, participant feedback, and recommendations.
Deliverables
• Prepare Training plan and materials.
• Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical and/or operational areas.
• Delivery of training sessions as scheduled.
• Final training report, including attendance, feedback analysis, and recommendations.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualification:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, human resources, IT or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods, excellent decision making and organizational skills
- Team player, Good time-management skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results.
