Job Description:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Talent Management Consultant. This resource will be working at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the client's Technical experts and management on the preparation of the proposal.
2. Review at a high level the existing client scope and requirements of Talent Management/Human Capital Management.
3. Review at a high level the upcoming staff selection 2.0 policy and map the requirements for the existing Talent Management system and other leading Talent Management platforms.
4. Utilize past implementation experience and apply to a global Talent Management/Human Capital Management implementation.
5. Engage with external client entities to learn from their experience on procurement and implementation of Talent Management/Human Capital Management platforms.
6. Engage with the client UMOJA team to explore the scope, cost and benefits of extending the existing UMOJA SAP environment for Talent management.
7. Study the existing market to identify leading vendors in the Talent Management/Human Capital Management area.
8. Provide regular updates and briefings to OICT Management.

Deliverables

Talent Management analysis and business case proposal covering:
• Overview
• Scope
• Assumptions and Constraints
• Experience of other client entities including lessons learned, implementation experience, license costs, etc.
• Detailed comparative analysis on existing and other market-leading Talent management platforms.
• Detailed estimates on project implementation budget covering software licenses, infrastructure, and resource costs
• Detailed estimates on an operational budget covering software licenses, infrastructure, and resource costs
• Detailed benefits and value proposition document.
• Identify and assess the potential risks associated with the proposed options along with the probability and impact assessment.
• Market research and case studies of similar business cases.
• Roadmap and high-level implementation plan.
• Recommendations on technology along with details on how it addresses the current business problem, solution description and alignment with business goals and strategy.

Experience
1. At least five years of experience in Talent Management/Human Capital Management technologies such as Oracle Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP, Taleo or similar platforms.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Experience in Business Analysis, including high-level scope and requirements definition.
4. Experience in project implementation and operational costing.
5. Knowledge of one or more Talent Management /Human Capital Management platforms.
6. Experience in the implementation of one or more Talent Management /Human Capital Management platforms in a global environment.
7. Prior experience in preparing studies on Talent Management /Human Capital Management technology is highly desirable.
8. Experience moving Talent Management /Human Capital Management platforms into the Cloud is desirable, especially Oracle-based platforms.
