The person should be having Administration experience with MIN : (3 to 5) years’ experience (Male/female).

He/she should have sound knowledge in the following area :

1. Facility management & Infrastructure related
2. Billing & Invoicing
3. Purchases/AMC renewals
4. Handling team of office boys//(Conducting the events/Supporting other departments)
5. Communication skills – (Strong Verbal & written)
6. Letter drafting with good knowledge in MS -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS teams, etc.,
7. Knowledge of Insurance updates/renewals
8. Audit updates Viz: ISMS,EMS & IQA etc.,
9. General correspondence
10. Epabx Handling, Budgeting, SEEPZ related, etc.,
11. Team player with negotiation skills etc.,
12. Create a Business case for approvals.
13. Other jobs assigned from time to time
14. Go getter person.
15. Rental renewals/New property finalization
16. Society coordination with Guest house society secretaries
17. Daily reports creation & Coordinating the team by following the Open items for quick closure.

Backup: Also, He/she acts back up for the admin team in day-to-day activities & AMC, Space up keeping, Vendor coordination, Seepz DTA procurement, etc.,

The resource should come to the office every day except Sat and Sun & preferably If his/ her residence is near to our office locations with IT company experience.

The candidate has to interact with pan India, so look for mix language candidate. He or she should be young ,energic with a self-starter relevant to this position
