Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an ICT Associate (Solution Designer). This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to meet the organizational business needs. He/She will engage in all project phases from ideation to implementation and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the solutions and makes recommendations for improvements.
1. Work with SMEs and various business stakeholders in identifying and defining business needs and opportunities.
2. Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams and design documents for technology solutions that meet the identified requirements.
3. Participate in the evaluation of technology products, solutions and vendors and make recommendations for scalable, secure solutions that are aligned with industry standards and best practises.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
5. Support the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
6. Monitor and support the implementation, testing and validation of digital solutions.
7. Ensure that the solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Support the Adoption, Training and Support team to train users on the digital platforms.
9. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyse and troubleshoot complex production issues.
10. Prepare and present design and implementation documentation to stakeholders.
11. Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission, in line with project requirements and client procedures and standards. Prepare regular briefings, summaries, press releases and other relevant information materials, as required.
12. Keeping up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve skills and processes continuously.
13. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Education:
• University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field with five years of relevant professional experience.
• Diploma/Completed High School degree with seven years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in ICT roles, such as systems analysis, software development, network administration, or IT support.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ICT solutions.
• Experience in managing ICT projects, including planning, executing, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience delivering software with SCRUM framework
• Experience with system integration and understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Experience with agile development and strong understanding of DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with configuration management, test-driven development and release management.
• Experience with incident management.
Skills:
• Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex requirements and design effective solutions.
• Flexibility, adaptability and desire to learn new languages and technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Required:
External applicants for all positions in the Professional category are required to be proficient in English and have at least a working knowledge of one additional Language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).

Desirable:
Working knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage.
