Job Description:
This role will involve creating and designing engaging and comprehensive content for the courses. The Data Solutions Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in ensuring the curriculum remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the evolving field of data. His/her expertise will contribute to the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
Objective and Scope of the work:
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for the training program, including instructional materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments. Ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices in data analytics and data management. Incorporate interactive and engaging elements to enhance learner comprehension and retention.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on relevant data and AI topics, trends, and emerging practices to assist team lead in ensuring the content remains current and reflects the latest industry standards.
• Review and Revision: Assist the team lead in reviewing and revising the content based on feedback, ensuring clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the team lead, providing updates on content development progress, seeking clarification on requirements, and incorporating feedback. Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.
By working closely with the team lead, the Data Solutions Instructional Designer will ensure that the content aligns with the instructional design principles, learning objectives, and overall vision of the training programme.
