Job Description:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst. This is a remote position and the resource can work from any location.

Job Responsibilities:

The consultant would help and support the deployment and the use of content management systems, integration mechanisms with various sub-systems. The consultant also will provide support to the design and development of the various initiatives of the customer to improve user experience:

1. Participate in and support deployments of Unite Self Service, Staff Separation and iNeed for client service providers
2. Train users on Unite Self Service, Staff Separation and iNeed
3. Process work order received in the context of the Enterprise Application Support for Unite Self Service, iNeed, Staff Separation and Identity.
4. Ongoing Tier 2 support for Unite Self Service, Staff Separation, iNeed and Identity.
5. Ongoing support for the automated client Access Pass solution.
6. Participation as presenter in client demonstration live events and support advisory calls.
7. User engagement with CRM Agents’ dedicated space on MS teams.
Deliverables
1. Updated online training content for Unite Self Service, iNeed and Staff Separation.
2. Updated user documentation for Unite Self Service, iNeed, Staff Separation and Identity upon quarterly and other official releases.
3. Testing and documentation of results of tests of Unite Self Service, iNeed, Staff Separation and Identity upon quarterly and other official releases.
4. Resolved Unite Self Service, iNeed, Staff Separation and Identity support related work orders.
5. Testing and documentation of results of tests of automated client Access Pass solution upon new releases
6. Resolved work orders for the automated client Access Pass solution.

Educational Qualification:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted instead of an advanced university degree.

Experience/Skills:
• 5+ year experience as CRM busines analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization
• Experience participating in and supporting CRM deployment and other digital transformation projects.
• Experience with CRM software and solutions (Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, Clarity, Vantine, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, Service Now, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with learning management systems such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Moodle, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Identity management solution and User administration in enterprise environment.
• Exposure to the software development process of the United Nations Common System is desirable
