Job Description:
Work closely with the team to design, implement, and manage various people initiatives across the company focusing on-
• Building team culture and raising employee morale
• Recreational/Engagement Activities
• Roll out annual Employee Engagement Calendar with budgets.
• Responsible for sending event emails and any other HR announcements/communication across the organization.
• Probation/performance assessment
• Insurance coordination
• Employee surveys
• Indulging in regular engagements/connects with all team members to resolve any issues they are facing.
• Process and policy improvement suggestions
