Job Description:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Communication Logistics Assistant. This resource will be working at our client site in Libya.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Communication Logistics Assistant to support the client in Tripoli, Libya.

Provision of support to FTU clients with the issuances and return of ICT assets including but not limited to the following: -
• Must be able to work within SAP application.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the client SAP application in the respective area of Asset management.
• Must have the required Umoja certificates in advance.
• Must be able to extract data and run report from SAP system.
• Keep ICT inventory updated for equipment/property assignment, verification, write-offs, locations, and other related information.
• Coordinate with Property Management Unit (PMU) with physical verification and assist with resolving discrepancies and data quality issues.
• Analysis of FTU inventory for assets that have passed their life expectancy, damage, end of useful life, project replacement for budget.
• Performs Receiving and Inspection, Issuance of Good and Receipt in stock in client SAP system (UMOJA).
• Maintain and modify equipment data record for user assignments, functional locations, and other condition updates.
• Coordinate with Centralization Warehousing on receipt, issuance, inspection, and stock inventory of ICT equipment.
• Monitor levels of stock of commodities being held at the Central Warehouses and other storage locations.
• Coordinate with offices requesting equipment to ensure all necessary information is received to enable the arrangement and approval of reservations and Good Issue Process hand-over vouchers for equipment transfers between users.
• Coordinate with Field Technology team on initiation of stock replenishment.
• Coordinate yearly impairment review of assets with Field Technology team.
• Coordinate with the Central Warehouse on Goods Issue, Transfer Order (TO) confirmation and goods pick-up,
• Manage inventory and identify slow moving stocks and possible surplus to Field Technology team.
• Maintain an electronic filing system that manages Goods Issue Slips, the written off documents, and hand-over documents.
• Supervise the movement of equipment and stock in Umoja with PIDs, Material IDs, Equipment ID at minimum.
• Other functions as required by Chief FTU.

1. Must have at least 4 years of working experience with a technical or college certificate,
2. Must hold a valid national driver's license for a light motor vehicle.
3. Must be Fluency in English, both written and oral.
4. Must be capable of working in the client SAP application (UMOJA)
5. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the in Asset Management.
