Job Description:

Skills:

1. AWS/Azure preferable OCI platform (or ready to learn OCI platform).

2. Strong Networking, Storage and Server / Virtualization knowledge.

2. Strong knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes

3. Strong knowledge of Application and Infrastructure monitoring on cloud platform.

Requirements

With minimum of 8-10 year experience in IT with minimum 5 years wealth of experience within a 24/7 NOC/SRE operations as a manager or Tech lead.

Working knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Kubernetes orchestrated containerized workload is a plus.

Experience on any monitoring & instrumentation tools (Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Coralogix or equivalent).

Hands-on automation (Jenkins, python, shell scripting).

Exposure to Incident management tool.

Responsibility.

Support all aspects of Cloud operations on a day-to-day basis and monitoring continuous availability, durability, scale, and up-time of multi-cloud SAAS.

Execute the roadmap to evolve Cloud NOC to TechOps grade group.

Measure, ensure adherence of operational metrics & SLO's.

Analyze events, perform troubleshooting and incident response, communicate with internal stakeholders and track events & problems through to resolution.

Ensures all technical engineers are effective and fully utilized to provide high resource utilization.

Evaluates technical skills of the group and uphold an appropriate level of expertise

Perform periodic incident trends and MIS reports with apt accuracy, time adherences.

Build & maintain SOP/Runbooks, tribe knowledge for necessary monitoring, automation activities.

Closely collaborating with Production engineering & DevOps on enhancements & improvements.
