Job Description:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Business Analyst. This resource will be working at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

. Requirements elicitation, analysis and definition
• Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques to gather information from stakeholders.
• Elicit and analyze gathered requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and relevance.
• Document and manage detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
2. Process modelling
• Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize and understand current and future business processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
3. Data analysis
• Analyze and model data to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
• Define data requirements and collaborate with data architects to design data solutions.
4. Stakeholder management
• Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders to understand their perspectives and needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Communications
• Communicate effectively with an international team, where English might not be the first language
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation.
6. Solution assessment and validation
• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Validate that implemented solutions align with the initial business goals and objectives.
7. Collaboration with quality assurance and development teams
• Work with the technical team to identify a solution that satisfies the requirements.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational guidelines.
• Conduct reviews and inspections to identify and address issues early in the project.
8. Document management
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all analysis activities, decisions, and deliverables.
• Ensure that requirements are mapped accurately to functional specifications.
• Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Competencies:
• Strong hands-on understanding of Microsoft Power Platform especially of Power BI.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Siebel CRM application areas
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office modules such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience:
• 7+ years of business analysis experience for mid-to-large sized organisations, especially in fuel management, fleet management, and petroleum industries.
• 1+ experience with Oracle Siebel or other CRM software and solutions
• 2+ experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics
