Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an Admin and Communications specialist. This resource will be working at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Responsibilities:
Five years of verifiable experience as a Admin and Communications Manager preferably for HR systems or global companies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin and Communications Specialist to manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive team image and control the dissemination of information on our behalf.
Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications specialist. Experience in corporate communications and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Schedule and set up meetings and coordinate with the teams
• Assist in note-taking and transcription along with managing general calendar
• Work highly collaboratively and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including internal team members and external entities
• Maintain and store information on shared folders and updates spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
• Coordinating events, workshops etc.
• Involvement in the compiling, drafting and proofing of official documents
• Communication with Senior Management
• Create, implement and oversee communications programs
• Drafting content for mass media or information websites
• Prepare all internal and external communications for the team, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
• Organize initiatives and plan events
• Preparation of effective presentations
• Reporting and co-ordination

List of Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong, versatile copywriting skills.
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
An active listener, enjoys forming new relationships, a highly driven energetic and detailed person with strong time management and communication skills.
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
A confident communicator and presenter.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
Excellent organizational, coordination and planning skills.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of verifiable and progressively reasonable experience as a communications specialist and experience in administrative tasks.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Qualification:
A university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Education or any other relevant field.
