Trigyn Awarded – State of Vermont Enterprise Support Services Contract (Medicaid)

Waterbury, Vermont, Trigyn Technologies, Inc., was awarded a contract by the State of Vermont, Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA), with a maximum contract value of $10 million dollars. The subject matter of the contract award is to provide services generally on the subject of Enterprise Program Support Services in support of DVHA’s Enterprise Program Division (EPD) and other DVHA related programs/initiatives. 

DVHA’s Enterprise Program Division (EPD) oversees and coordinates activities related to the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Program, the Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE&E) Program and the Health Information Exchange (HIE) Program. These services are intended to augment the State’s capacity to address business needs throughout the lifecycle of modernization activities. This includes planning, development, and design to support policy, process, and operational improvements, as well as the implementation (DDI), and maintenance & operations (M&O) of the supporting technology systems within the scope of the Enterprise Program Division’s initiatives.

The award is for an initial period of five (5) years, with two (2), one-year extensions, bringing the potential term of the contract to seven (7) years.

Additional roles available under the Contract include Service Category/Titles of Positions such as Strategic Business & Planning Advisor, Business Subject Matter Expert, Organizational Change Management, Federal Policy and Certification Compliance Specialist, Quality Assurance Test Engineer, and Contract & Vendor Advisory Specialist.

This award supports the continued expansion of Trigyn’s Public Sector business and in particular, our Health and Human Services business, which has grown over the past decade plus, across multiple states including, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Vermont, Florida, West Virginia, and others.

Trigyn’s expertise in the Health and Human Services domain, aside from our decade plus of Medicaid services, includes supporting the launch of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), (Healthcare.Gov), providing services to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and playing a key role in the forerunner to the ACA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and other similar initiatives.
