Helena, Montana. Trigyn Technologies, Inc., has been awarded a Master Contract for IT Services by the State of Montana. The contract has the potential to extend for a period of ten (10) years, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2036. The initial duration of the award is two (2) years, with the State having the option to extend in two-year increments, not to exceed ten (10) years in total.
The award is for a Cooperative Contract which under Montana law, public procurement units, as defined in 8-4-401, MCA, have the option of cooperatively purchasing with the State of Montana. Public procurement units are defined as local or state public procurement units of this or any other state, including an agency of the United States, or a tribal procurement unit. The prices, terms, and conditions of this contract will be offered to these public procurement units.
This award supports the continued expansion of Trigyn’s Public Sector business across multiple domains and geographic regions.
