We are pleased to inform you that the contract of our wholly owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc., with the United Nations for the provision of IT Staffing Support Services for Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) is now extended and will expire on 30 June 2024. Under this extension, the Not-To-Exceed Amount (NTE) which can be procured by the United Nations under this contract has been revised to US$ 263,142,318.84.
All the other terms and conditions of the contract remains unchanged.
