- The Company has in place a Familiarisation Programme for Independent Directors to enable them to understand the Company, its business operations, industry, and regulatory environment.
- Familiarisation is achieved through broad-based engagement, wherein business heads and functional heads make presentations before the Board on matters such as financial performance, internal audit reports, business opportunities, strategic plans, risk management, and regulatory updates.
- During the Financial Year 2025–26, familiarisation sessions were conducted after the Board Meetings. Further, one separate meeting of Independent Directors was held during the year, which was attended by all the Independent Directors.
- During the Financial Year 2025–26, a total of 5 familiarisation sessions were conducted for the Independent Directors.
- Approximately 5 hours were spent by the Independent Directors on familiarisation programmes during FY 2025–26.
