Qualification Criteria
• At least B.E/B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE or M. Tech in IT/CS/ECE or MCA or Masters in related fields
• Cloud certification is desired
Experience Criteria
• At least 12+ years of experience in designing solution for Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps, SQL, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Docker Products, Scrum, Pre-sales, Service- Oriented Architecture (SOA), etc. (minimum 3 projects).
• Experience in education or related projects will be an added plus.
Roles & Responsibility
• Design scalable, secure, and interoperable IT solutions aligned with CBSE objectives.
• Develop architectural blueprints, including system components, data flow diagrams, and integration points.
• Ensure compliance with government standards (e.g., MeitY guidelines, NIC frameworks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders (departments, users, consultants) to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications and architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Ensure alignment with the government’s digital strategy and existing infrastructure.
• Guide development teams to ensure adherence to the approved architecture.
• Review code, configurations, and deployments to maintain quality and security standards.
• Design and manage integration with legacy systems, third-party applications, and national platforms (e.g., Aadhaar, Digi Locker).
• Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Identify architectural risks (e.g., scalability, security, data privacy) and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.
• Prepare and maintain architecture documents, technical specifications, and decision logs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and government officials.
• Ensure that the solution meets performance benchmarks (e.g., response time, uptime, load handling).
• Support capacity planning and auto-scaling strategies.
• Assess the impact of change requests on architecture and provide updated designs.
• Ensure backward compatibility and minimal disruption during upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and recommend architectural improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest enhancements for future scalability.
