Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive
(SEZ, RBI & Forex Compliance)

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: CFO
Role Snapshot:
The role involves handling SEZ compliances, RBI reporting, foreign exchange accounting, inter-company transactions, related party transactions, and monthly/quarterly finance operations. The position requires close coordination with consultants, banks, auditors, internal project teams, and statutory authorities.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and well-versed in regulatory filings and accounting controls.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly:
- SEZ compliances (Softex, SERF, DSPF, Monthly Reporting)
- Forex accounting and exchange gain/loss tracking
- Inter-company transactions, reconciliations & remittance tracking
- Monthly closure, provisions & project cost/revenue tracking
- Tracking of shipping bills, FIRCs & coordination with banks/consultants
- Handling RBI-related ongoing compliances and queries
Quarterly:
- RBI compliances (APR, EDPMS/IDPMS monitoring)
- Related Party Transactions (RPT) workings
- Forex gain/loss analysis and reporting
- Support in limited review and XBRL filings
Annual:
- SEZ Annual Performance Report (APR) & LOA compliance
- RBI filings (FLA return, annual APR)
- LEI renewal and regulatory compliance monitoring
- Support in Annual Report (RPT, KMP & forex disclosures)
- Project reviews, audit coordination & 26AS reconciliation
Who Should Apply:
-MBA Finance / B.Com
- CA Inter (Preferred )
- 3–6 years of experience in SEZ, RBI & Forex (must-have)
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines
