Job Description:
The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and ensuring efficient deployment in cloud environments. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions to address business challenges.
• Utilize Azure OpenAI services to build and integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for AI model training.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.
Education: Bachelors in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Work Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in machine learning, data science and AI projects development
Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or willingness to learn latest technology changes
• Understanding of fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB …etc.)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; working knowledge of another UN language would be an asset.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with LangChain and vector databases
• Experience with integrating AI models with applications using REST APIs and SDKs
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
