Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Workday Systems Integration Developer in Baltimore, MD. The particulars of the opportunity are below:

The client is seeking a Systems Integration Developer. The consultant will have a breadth of expertise, skills and experience to develop solutions and enhancements for ERP integration. The consultant will be asked to bring knowledge of technology to complex problems, as well as to develop elegant solutions delivered effectively to the business partners and who use them. Be ready to demonstrate how your programs are delivered effectively, on time, on budget and with maximum impact to the business.

System Integration Developer responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop integrations based upon defined business requirements using deep and proven experience with the following related tools and technologies:
• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs)
• Workday Core Connectors
• Workday Cloud Connect / Platform
• Workday Report Writer
• Workday Data Sources
• Web Services SOAP, REST
• Workday Integration Security
• Develop and execute test scenarios to thoroughly test integrations
• Develop Workday reports to validate integration results and accuracy
• Maintain technical documentation to support integrations
• Assist functional team members with testing as needed
• Develop and execute plan to deploy integrations to production
• Other duties as required.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Proven skills as a Workday Financials integration developer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven aptitude and ability to understand and elicit business requirements for developing technical integrations, and to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to nontechnical users
• Strong and effective organizational skills, with ability to plan and monitor effectively and efficiently.
• Effective technical documentation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple efforts and concurrent priorities.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and analytical acumen.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity and respect for other individuals.
• Experience with Office and desktop productivity tools such as Office 365, Zoom, SharePoint/Teams; JIRA/Confluence
• Preferred Workday: Experience as a Workday HCM/Financials integration developer on a higher education implementation project.
• Workday Reporting is a plus.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Four (4) years of programming experience
• Four (4) years of experience with XML and XSLT

• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
