Trigyn has a contractual opportunity Wide Area Network (WAN) Technician. This resource will be working at our client site in Sudan.
Job Description:
Designing, planning, and implementing network solutions to meet the organization's requirements.
Configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Setting up and managing network addressing and subnets.
Ensuring network scalability and performance optimization.
Monitoring network performance, availability, and utilization.
Identifying and resolving network-related issues promptly.
Conducting routine network maintenance tasks, including updates and patches.
Assisting users with network-related inquiries and problems.
Providing technical support for network connectivity and related issues.
Training staff on best practices for network usage and security.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Keeping records of network changes, incidents, and resolutions
Skills and Qualifications
Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
Proven experience in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
