Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for User Support Trainer. This resource will be working at our client site in Somalia.
Responsibilities:
-Train staff on the proper use of IT resources.
-Brief staff on the proper use of ICT resources;
-Learn and prepare materials to brief personnel on the use of client specific applications.
-Prepare training materials and brief personnel on the proper use of all ICT equipment;
-Train personnel on all applications included in MS Office;
-Assist ICT management in the preparation of presentation materials as needed.
Required Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience on similar type of communication.
- Must have ability and experience to prepare training materials and deliver them in public.
- Must be conversant in Microsoft Office and some multimedia package.
-Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
-Must have a national drivers licence for a light motor vehicle.
