Trigyn has an opportunity as a Trainer. This resource will be working remotely from any location.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement training programs that are aligned with the organization's goals.
• Conduct training sessions on various topics, including PeopleSoft and other advanced technologies.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new methodologies into training programs.
• Provide individual and group training sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and report on the progress of employees during training programs.
• Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other digital training resources.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
• Min Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or similar role.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
