Sr L2 Support engg with atleast 8 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skill
Good communication skills including good e-mail etiquettes, good co-ordination skills (able to prioritise tasks), good multi-tasking skills, good process monitoring skills, client interaction experience, ability to work remotely.
Good production issue investigation, production logs monitoring, analysis, and fixing (at code level) skills as well as all-round (front-end as well as back-end) development skills.
Knowledge of production support levels (L1, L2, etc.) is a MUST
Automation (task, process, etc.) experience will be great to have.
Java (atleast up to Java 8),
Java EE (Servlet, JSP, JDBC, JNDI, JAXB, SOAP and REST Web Services),
micro services, Docker,
Spring (Core, MVC, Batch, REST),
Oracle SQL, MYSQL SQL,
Apache Solr, Apache POI,
SSL/TLS certificate related knowledge, Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat load balancing knowledge
good Java logging frameworks knowledge (log4j, log4j2, slf4j, logback)
Good to have skills:
AWS IAM, AWS EC2, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Dynamo DB. AWS Developer Associate certification and experience related to transforming monolithic applications in to micro-services will be great to have.
