Job Description:
Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Software Architect in Albany, NY.
Description:
• Provide technical guidance to the project team in order to ensure that system support is maintained during the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Develop system design for improving system performance; receiving non-human results (e.g. mosquito, mammal, and tick) from labs and populating to system vector surveillance system; archive database to improve performance; add a new drug overdose syndrome to system; designing a new database for accepting urgent care canter data.
• Provide system technical specification documents.
• Participate in testing, evaluation, and implementation of related software products in order to ensure the software used in the project is compatible from end to end.
• Manage code promotions for system through each stage of testing.
• Manage tasks assigned to programmers within the project team.
Mandatory Qualification:
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months experience in using WebLogic application server
• 84 months experience in designing complex web applications on various development platforms, including REST web serv
• 84 months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and JavaScript with relational database model applications
• 84 months experience working with java-based service-oriented architecture
• 84 months experience in SQL object-relational mapping framework
• 84 months experience in application testing including design and implementation of test plans
• 84 months experience in working with HL7 messages
• 84 months experience in designing interfaces with SAS server environment
• Bachelor’s Degree.
