Siebel System Integrator and Data Analyst professional focusing on ‘Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager’ with experience in the area of analysis, design, development and Maintenance of enterprise software applications.
• Strong development experience in Siebel Data Migration and building Data Migration scripts, Informatica ETL mappings & Data Warehousing tasks.
• Expertise includes business applications analysis and implementation with specialized expertise in Oracle CRM applications. Has been actively involved in the Data Migration Strategy for Define, Discovery and Development phases of various Siebel Projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels. Proven experience in the entire Application Development and productivity.
As a Siebel Data Integrator & Analyst, iNeed Helpdesk Implementation on Siebel CRM Application Package Platform using skills in Oracle Siebel CRM, Data Migration, EIM, Informatica ETL loads, PL/SQL Procedures, Oracle Business Intelligence and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
The role will be as follows in Project.
• Responsible for working with Development Manager in High Level Design, development and implementation of Data Integration solutions for the iNeed Siebel Application.
• Involved in client meetings and gather new enhancement request, suggest and implement enhancements / up gradations to the existing CRM application.
• Responsible for performing gap analysis to identify problems and inconsistencies in the existing MDM process.
• Brings expert level skill set in the following areas.
• Siebel EIM – for loading data into Siebel Public sector
• Informatica mapping and workflow for ETL.
• Oracle PL/SQL
• UNIX Shell Script – for automating the processes.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Azure Identity Management system.
