Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. SharePoint Online Development & Administration:
Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and lists.
Design and implement SharePoint site structures, workflows, and content types.
Create and manage site permissions, document libraries, and taxonomy.
Apply modern branding techniques to enhance the user experience of SharePoint Online sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online issues.
Create the relevant authorization structure, and assign the appropriate permissions, based on the Azure AD users/groups.
2. Power Platform Development:
Build custom applications using Power Apps for business process improvement.
Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
Create a conversational chat bot to support user requests based on the available information within the SharePoint sites. Using the documents on the SharePoint knowledge base and the webpages available.
3. Collaboration and Solution Design:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform usage.
Conduct user training and documentation for developed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with SharePoint Online, including modern site customization and administration.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (Chat Bot) development.
Proficiency in of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive web design, and SharePoint online site branding.
Good to have knowledge on SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint certifications).
Experience in SharePoint migrations and governance planning.
