o Guided Decision Trees,

2. Design skills -
o As an individual contributor, be capable of translating process designs into serviceNow designs,
o Requirement elicitation and analysis,
o Present the design for review and sign off
o provide support to build team encompassing design walkthrough, respond to queries, code review, demo, production support in case of issues.
o Review of test cases and validate defects.
o Drive PoCs.
3. Domain
o Understanding of Telecom (Broadband and Cloud based offerings)
o Service Assurance SME- Customer Services management, Diagnostics
o Understanding of service inventory and integrations.
4. Communication
o Ability to present the design for walkthrough to different stakeholders
o Participate in E2E design calls - understand impact, provide confirmation on supported capabilities
