Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Service Desk Analyst in Manhattan, NY.
Description:
Service Desk Analyst provides technical support on software, hardware, network, and telephony issues for all staff. Analysts diagnose and resolve basic technology issues adhering to ITIL-based ITSM processes.
Daily Duties/Tasks
• Provide comprehensive IT technical support to user
• Maintain accurate call information in system
• Log, categorize and prioritize user tickets
• Escalate more complex customer technical issues.
