This is to support the development and maintenance of the various APIs developed by OICT
1. Provide maintenance and support of CCure, EarthMed, Umoja AIP, Inspira, UID, and various other Integrations in Azure APIM APIs developed using .NET, Java, JavaScript, Node JS, XML, Typescript, SQL, and KQL.
2. Operate, maintain and support Azure APIM Platform, Azure Functions, Azure SB, COSMOS DB, Azure AppService, Azure APIOps, Azure Storage, and Logic Apps.
3. Maintain API specifications using YAML, OAS and other standards and work with the clients to design new APIs. Maintain APIM Portal XML policies with JavaScript.
4. Develop New APIs using .NET, Java, Node JS and Typescript and XML policies with JavaScript.
5. Support the application integration processes with Entra ID authentication using OIDC/OAuth, SAML, Header-based authentication. Execute and manage tasks related to Entra ID and MS Graph.
Educational Qualification:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.

Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software and API development and Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience in the following development languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Node JS, XML, Typescript, SQL, KQL, and YAML.
- Experience in the following technologies: Azure APIM Platform, Azure Functions, Azure SB, COSMOS DB, Azure App Service, Azure APIOps, Azure Storage, and Logic Apps.
- Experience in APIOps and API CI/CD pipelines and API development practices including API specifications writing with YAML/OAS and API testing.
- Experience in Entra ID and MS Graph and the processes of integrating an application with Entra ID using OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Header Based Authentication.
