Trigyn has a contractual opportunity as Senior PeopleSoft Developert. This resource will be working Remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
The work will require primary focus on the following areas
1. General Ledger
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable
3. Cash management
4. Reconciliations
Detailed tasks description
This list of tasks applies to the development and implementation of file generation and processing.
1. Develop and execute processes:
o Extract closing balances and transaction data from SWIFT bank statements of multiple banks.
o Integrate extracted data into PeopleSoft Financials.
o Generate closing balances files from uploaded data for interfacing with TMS.
o Generate forecasted net payments files from PeopleSoft Financials payments table for interfacing with TMS.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business logic for data extraction and upload from various bank statements into PeopleSoft.
3. Develop a custom page for statement uploads, enabling business users to verify and reconcile data before loading into final tables.
4. Coordinate with ICT, business users, TMS vendor, and hosting partner to schedule daily process execution.
5. Implement robust notification mechanisms for successful uploads and develop failover procedures.
6. Conduct comprehensive unit testing, including data validation, to ensure system reliability.
7. Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
8. Develop and implement fixes for issues identified during UAT.
9. Create detailed technical and functional documentation covering the entire workflow.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
• At least 10 years experience of working with the listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials
• Highly skilled knowledge of People Tools 8.5x
• Highly skilled knowledge of PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non-technical user group.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience of approval workflow – creating new complex workflows
• Experience of designing integration broker messages and component interfaces and other integration methods including preferably solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions
• Some knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.X
Languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential.
