Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management
Lead and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS).
Oversee Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere clusters, storage, and hyper-converged systems.
Implement scalability, backup, DR, and high-availability strategies for business continuity.
Optimize cost, performance, and security across cloud resources.
2. Office 365 & Enterprise Applications
Manage Office 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.
Oversee identity and access management (IAM), MFA, conditional access, and role-based access controls.
Handle email lifecycle, data retention, and eDiscovery requirements.
3. IT Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022, including documentation, risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions.
Lead ITSM audits, internal reviews, and IT governance activities.
Implement and monitor security controls across firewalls, endpoint security, MDM, and cloud workloads.
Align IT operations with organizational policies, regulatory expectations, and cybersecurity best practices.
4. IT Operations & Service Delivery
Manage IT Service Management processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
Lead a technical team responsible for networks, infrastructure, user support, and system administration.
Oversee vendor management, contracts, and SLA commitments.
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous service improvement.
5. Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance to management and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional IT projects end-to-end.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
Administration experience with Nutanix AHV and/or VMware vSphere.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration and Microsoft security tools.
Networking knowledge (firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
Strong understanding of security controls, DR, and backup technologies.
Compliance & Governance
Practical experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001:2022.
ITSM, internal/external audits, policy creation and enforcement.
Familiarity with NIST, CIS, and other information security frameworks (Preferred).
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Experience
10–15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary IT teams.
Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Azure Administrator / Architect
AWS Solutions Architect
VMware / Nutanix Certifications
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
ITIL, CISM, or equivalent security certification
