Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Front-End Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to build intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user experiences for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end engineering skills, a product mindset, and the ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces for enterprise products.
• Translate business and product requirements into clean, usable front-end solutions.
• Build reusable UI components, design patterns, and front-end architecture that support scalability and consistency.
• Work closely with UX, product, backend, QA, and architecture teams to deliver polished user experiences.
• Ensure UI behavior is consistent across browsers, screen sizes, and supported devices.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
• Identify and fix UI defects, usability issues, performance issues, and integration issues.
• Contribute to front-end coding standards, best practices, and technical reviews.
• Participate in CI/CD, release validation, and defect triage.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity in development, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years of front-end development experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React; experience with Angular or Vue is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Experience building component-based front-end architectures and reusable UI libraries.
• Strong understanding of state management, API integration, and asynchronous behavior in modern web applications.
• Familiarity with browser debugging tools, front-end performance tuning, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with automated UI testing concepts and front-end quality practices.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and how front-end systems integrate with backend services.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise environments is a plus.
AI-Assisted Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Aider, Codex, or similar.
• Ability to use AI tools for UI development, component generation, debugging, testing support, refactoring, and documentation.
• Strong judgment to validate AI-generated output for correctness, usability, accessibility, and maintainability.
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
