Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst/Instructional Content Developer. This resource will be working Remotely from Central European Time zone.

Job Description:

The resource augmentation is required to integrate the role of a bilingual (English French) Business Analyst/Instructional Content Developer. The resource will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging, interactive, and user-friendly courses in both English and French, ensuring compatibility with the Learning Management System. An essential aspect of this role is the requirement for the resources to have substantial familiarity with course design to develop comprehensive training programs in both English and French.

Work Assignment:
Conduct a detailed analysis of client learning needs and objectives, particularly about system training. Develop instructional specifications (High-level Design Document) using learning and instructional theory to ensure high-quality instructional design.
Strategically map the learning process, propose delivery methods specific to the target audience, estimate timelines, and forecast required resources.
Work closely with subject matter experts to analyse current materials, integrate learning technologies and instructional design trends, and establish learning objectives
Develop training content, including detailed reference materials, storyboards, screen captures, videos, interactive tutorials, training manuals, and certification assessments.
Regularly update the learning team on the progress, challenges, and risks of developing training content.
Implement all training content in the learning management platform while ensuring compatibility with established standards and performing rigorous testing for quality assurance.

Performance indicators:
Quality of Learning Needs Analysis: Effectiveness in conducting detailed analyses of client learning needs and objectives, particularly for system training. The relevance and comprehensiveness of the instructional specifications and High-level Design Documents created can measure this.
Effectiveness of Learning Process Mapping: Success in strategically mapping the learning process, including the appropriateness of proposed delivery methods, the accuracy of timeline estimations, and the adequacy of resource forecasting tailored.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: The level of effectiveness in working with subject matter experts to analyse current materials, integrate learning technologies, and establish clear learning objectives. Quality of eLearning Content Development: The assessment of the eLearning course content, particularly the quality and practicality of step-by-step videos, simulations, and other training materials. This includes the relevance and clarity of reference materials, storyboards, screen captures, interactive tutorials, training manuals, and certification assessments.
Documentation and Standardization: Thoroughness and accuracy in documenting standards and procedures, reflecting how well eLearning product development and publishing processes are outlined.
Communication and Reporting Efficiency: Regularity and effectiveness of updates provided to the learning team, including the ability to identify, communicate, and address challenges and risks in developing training content.
Content Compatibility and QA: The degree to which training content is compatible with the learning management platform and the effectiveness of quality assurance testing to ensure content reliability and functionality.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology, graphic design, or a related field and equivalent work experience required.
Instead of the BA, a college diploma in a related field and 4+ years of work experience in designing, developing, and implementing high-impact learning solutions and evaluation methodologies using a variety of innovative approaches.

Experience
A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in educational design, graphic design, training management, and online or blended learning programmes.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design and learning technologies for distance and blended training purposes.
Experience must include end-to-end course building, needs assessment, course structure and design, content writing, graphic and audio editing, evaluation creation, and implementation.
Experience in video-based learning and development required.
Experience in working with learning management systems as a solution to deliver e-learning programmes is mandatory, preferably experience in Moodle based LMS.
Experience using modern technologies and methodologies to support learning initiatives is desirable.
Exposure to international professional contexts and/or multicultural environments.

Skills
Strong pedagogical and analytical skills, capacity to coordinate e-learning projects, and formulate innovative ideas to deliver quality learning products.
Knowledge of digital visual design, interaction design, ADA guidelines, analytics, Agile, and Waterfall project development.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and work effectively with stakeholders and SMEs within the team and across the organization.
Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with eLearning design tools: Articulate 360 suite (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar multimedia production software
Ability to work with virtual teams (vendors, subject matter experts, testers, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good understanding of graphic design for learning principles.
