Job Description:
We are seeking a consultant to support the integration of Professional Services Automation (PSA) functionality being transitioned from the seller’s PSA system into Kantata. The role involves process discovery, blueprinting, defining requirements for resource planning, project accounting, time-tracking, and billing.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in PSA/Project Management systems, including 2+ years in Kantata.
• Deep understanding of professional services processes (resource management, billing, forecasting).
• Strong experience in system configuration and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and client communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate blueprint and requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing PSA workflows and map to Kantata capabilities.
• Define requirements for project setup, billing, timesheets, utilization, and reporting.
• Support master data setup (projects, resources, clients, roles).
• Define system configuration, custom fields, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Salesforce and Sage Intacct teams for data and workflow integration.
• Document business processes, use cases, and UAT test cases.
