Description:
Complete case reviews to process recertifications and lease renewals; Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; Use case research and knowledge to inform processing.
Duties:
• Perform income, lease review calculations of rent
• Ability to navigate online databases
• Complete case processing
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
