Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Project Management Officer. This resource will be working at our client site in Uganda.
Job Responsibilities:
• Data mining and converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business analysis and insights that will enable upper management to make proactive decisions.
• Delivering analysis, insights and reporting that will influence business strategy and decisions.
• Assists in identifying performance, member, customer and user experience key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as defining and developing the extraction and analysis strategies aligned to the KPIs
• Advise a team of six management personnel on improving operational and business techniques.
• Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications
• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate these into BI reporting solutions
• Collaborates with business and external partners across the business functions to define levels of process performance and business outcomes
• Analyze and documents business functional requirements in conjunction with the business and external partners to resolve business problems.
• Monitor service performance by conducting extensive numerical analysis.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, project management, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.
Desirable: Experience working as a Business Analysis in a Customer Contact Center (Call Center)
Desirable: Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks.
