Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for Project and Service Management. This resource will be working at our client site in Central African Republic.
Tasks:
· Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of ICT projects. Define project vision, including project viability, assumptions, scope, constraints, interdependencies, and timeline for delivery;
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
. Follow up on projects with service providers;
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs;
· Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders;
· Perform risk management and assessment to minimize project risks.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
. Set up meetings, coordinate logistics for meetings, and prepare various reports
Required Skills:
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience within the International Organizations at the national or international level is required.
· Experience working with senior business stakeholders and clients;
. Experience working in telephone billing, cost recovery, assets and Inventory management for at least 5 years.
. Strong experience in using ERP/CRM related to Inventory Management and billing fields is required;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Excellent client orientation skills;
Language
Fluency in both English and French (oral and written) is required.
