Job Description:
Support project delivery by drafting change requests, preparing technical documentation, coordinating testing activities, and assisting with user training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and manage Change Requests (CRs) in line with project scope and stakeholder needs.
• Develop clear, structured technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Conduct system and functional testing, including defect reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect tracking and stakeholder reporting.
• Training delivery on ethical AI practices and advertising technology tools.
Deliverables
• Completed and approved Change Requests
• Technical documentation packages
• Test execution and defect logs
• UAT sign-off reports
• Training materials and session reports
• Ongoing support across project phases, with deliverables aligned to project milestones.
• Liaise with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Project Managers.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Act as a point of coordination for UAT scheduling, logistics, and defect triage.
• Support training logistics, feedback collection, and session improvements.
Required Skills
• Basic Business Analysis and testing knowledge
• Strong writing skills (business and technical writing).
• Familiarity with testing processes and tools.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in ethical AI and ad tech learning
