Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
? Manage the frontend development efforts across all digital platforms, including web and mobile.
? Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to gather requirements and
understand user needs.
? Develop and maintain UI component libraries.
? Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
? Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation of design across all platforms.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelors/ Master degree
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI design and development for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient and should have hands-on experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, NestJS and Python etc.
• Strong knowledge of React js, Nextjs and Tailwind CSS
• Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Figma, Photoshop etc.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap other front-end development technologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in team.
• Proven experience in driving UI/UX strategy and establishing design guidelines and standards.
• Proficient with GIT flow.
• Knowledge of API Integration
