Job Description:
We are looking for a Flutter Lead to drive mobile application development and guide a high-performing engineering team. The Flutter Lead will mentor developers, review code, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of Flutter-based mobile applications.
Design scalable architecture and ensure code quality and performance.
Mentor and guide the Flutter development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
Manage releases, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development.
Experience with REST APIs, state management, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and app store deployments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Education and Exp:
BE/B.Tech with 10+ years of work experience
