Requirements for work experience and qualifications:
The resource is required to have the following professional and technical qualifications. Only the applicants who hold these qualifications will be shortlisted and contacted.
Academic Qualifications:
• University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in a business or technical field such as Vendor & Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience is acceptable in lieu of the advanced university degree
• Professional certifications in Vendor / Procurement Management (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Experience:
• At least five (5) years of Vendor and / or Project Management experience
• At least three (3) of those years in a global financial management institution
• Specific experience managing vendor risk and performance assessments, as well as managing contracts and sourcing initiatives.
• Specific experience managing projects with a recognized project management methodology.
• Experience designing reports and dashboards using modern business intelligence and reporting tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI) is highly desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving / analytical skills
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management tools and / or Project Management tools is desirable
Language and other skills:
• For this position, advanced English is required
• Demonstrated ability to draft clear and structured written outputs, deliver coherent presentations, and participate effectively in professional discussions, adapting communication to diverse audiences.

The detailed responsibilities of the selected candidate are as follows:
Enterprise Vendor Management Support
• Review and finalize Standard Operating Procedure for vendor assessments, contract management, and related processes.
• Enhance vendor management templates incl. adding an exit strategy clause and AI risk assessment category.
• Maintain and update the SharePoint repository and Intranet page to centralize all relevant documents (incl. SOPs, templates, vendor / contract documentation, etc.)
• Develop PowerBI dashboards to track vendor’s risk, issues, lessons learned, contract’s activities, and overall KPIs / KRIs for the function
• Lead project to assess, select, implement a vendor management solution
Enterprise Project Management Support
• Ensure EPM governance compliance and documentation and tools are updated
• Review, update, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
• Enhance SOPs and templates to strengthen in-take management, benefits realization, (including building a Benefits Register), project risk management (in coordination with Operational Risk Team)
• Maintain and update the SharePoint repository and Intranet page to centralize all relevant documents (incl. SOPs, templates, project documentation, etc.)
• Develop PowerBI dashboards to track project’s key decisions, benefits, risks, issues, lessons learned and overall KPIs / KRIs for the function
• Lead project in assessing, selecting, and implementing a project management solution supported with checklists, operating procedures.
• Define a glossary of tailored project / program management AI Copilot prompts
Other duties
• Provide meeting support, including scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, tracking minutes / decisions / actions, and following up
• Assist with the implementation and tracking of the budget, purchase orders, and invoice processing as relevant
• Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks, as required.
