Job Description:

The Associate DLT Analyst (Graduate) position requires a foundational understanding of blockchain concepts, willingness to learn enterprise-level practices, and the ability to support business and technical teams in implementing distributed ledger solutions. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a teamwork-oriented organization.

Detailed Tasks/Expected Output
1. Internal Business Requirements Coordination
- Support stakeholder engagement: assist in planning and participating in stakeholder interviews and workshops across relevant units (e.g., Treasury, IT, Risk, Legal, Operations) to capture pain points, opportunities, and success metrics.
- Process mapping assistance; help produce as - is / to - be process maps, define KPIs, and perform gap analysis across related initiatives.
- Cost-benefit input: contribute to developing a concise cost - benefit view and delivery options (buy / build / partner) for prospective pilots.
- Documentation support: assist in compiling project documentation and roadmaps.
2. External engagement Coordination
- Support requirements sessions with vendors and industry partners
- Help document functional and non - functional requirements with guidance from senior staff, focusing on blockchain enabled applications
3. Technical options & pilot Planning
- Collaborate with the supervisor to evaluate fit of DLT architecture and approaches for proposed pilots.
- Collaborate with lead, where required, to help organize and refine a roadmap for Blockchain and DLT innovation initiatives.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering,
• Recent graduates with limited professional experience, offering structured mentorship and hands on exposure to blockchain and distributed ledger technology initiatives

Essential skills and experience include:

• Technical foundation: understanding of blockchain technologies, banking systems and standards (e.g. ISO20022),
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, ability to translate complex ideas into simple concepts and to lead conversations with both executive and technical stakeholders is strongly desired.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills; regional languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) an advantage but not required.

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

• Internship exposure: Any prior internships or project work in financial services, fintech, or technology innovation.
• Advanced technical knowledge: Familiarity with cryptography, digital asset custody, or resiliency concepts is desirable but not required.
• Regulatory awareness: Basic knowledge of international financial regulations or frameworks (e.g., BASEL) relevant to digital assets and post trade processes.
