Job Description:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Developer (Lotus Notes, Database). This resource will be working at our client site in Central African Republic.

Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and up-to-date project status reports, ensuring management has timely access to reliable data for informed strategic decision-making.
• Develop applications that enable graphics visualization and project tracking, facilitating efficient planning and seamless collaboration. These include project mapping, engineering unit dashboards, barometers, engineering requisition status tracking, budget monitoring by project, and timeline management.
• Track project documentation, manage reporting documentation, coordinate meetings with all stakeholders, oversee databases and configuration management, and ensure benchmarks and set timelines are met efficiently.
• Design applications that enable graphics visualization and project tracking to enhance efficient planning and seamless collaboration. Ensure effective project tracking and reporting are readily operational.
• Ensure EFMS staff are well-versed in the Project Management database and that the data remains accurate and up to date.
• Provide appropriate features to ensure EFMS staff stay informed and connected throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Enable seamless collaboration while tracking tasks, timelines, and budgets.
• Equip EFMS teams with a comprehensive set of tools to complete projects accurately, transparently, and collaboratively.
• Produce user manual on comprehensive knowledge of EFMS Project Management site to enable saving documents, prepare reports and valuation of ongoing projects.
• Create forms associated with workflows and Training EFMS staff on how to use the developed applications.

Education
University Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technologies. Certificate in Project Management and Strategic Management and Business Intelligence is desirable.

Work Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management Supervision, Budget, Procurement Management or Related areas. Two years of work experience at the international level is desirable. Experience providing database and project management in a volatile, conflict or post conflict environment is desirable. Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or similar in the areas of scheduling, inventory control, procurement, and/or logistics processes is desirable.

Languages
English and French are the working languages. For the post advertised, fluency in English and French is required.
