Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk. This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
Job Responsibilities:
To safeguard approximately two million scanned/photographed documents, the scanned documents will need to be transcribed, digitalized, and entered in a fit-for-purpose Information Management System (IMS).
Under the direct supervision of the Program Officer, and in close coordination with the Head, PRD, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for data entry and quality assurance to facilitate accurate record keeping and subsequent technical analysis of HLP-related documentation.
1. Manual entry of data from digital images in the fit-for-purpose Information Management System (IMS).
2. Cross-check all data entered against the original source to ensure complete accuracy.
3. Identify and report data discrepancies and gaps in a timely manner.
4. Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, or re-entering data.
5. Ensures and maintains strict confidentiality of digital resources.
6. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
