Job Summary:
Seeking a proficient Cloud Engineer to oversee and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems, supporting 's mission to assist and protect migrants worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources across platforms such as AWS, Azure Cloud.
• Incident Response: Address and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to maintain high availability and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures and compliance protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance system performance and resource utilization.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure Cloud services.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or equivalent.
• Security Protocols: Knowledge of IAM, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to international organizations.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
