Job Description:
Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Business / Software Analyst in Albany, NY.
Description:
• Work with staff to document the requirements for the system.
• Facilitate meetings with staff.
• Create detailed screen mock-ups to document the UI and user interface.
• Write detailed use cases and business flows.
• Work in coordination with a team of developers to implement the requirements.
• Perform unit testing and document all defects.
• Work with business customers to ascertain appropriate help, training, and executive reporting requirements as needed.
Mandatory Qualification:
• Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents.
• Liaises between the software users and the software developers.
• Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Skills include: working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months experience facilitating meeting with users to identify & gather business requirements
• 84 months experience documenting functional requirement, business rules & complex security requirements
• 84 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
• 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.
• 60 months experience with SharePoint writing and maintaining team/project documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
